Field Blend Bonales revives the century-old tradition of Tierra del Vino de Zamora, crafting a red wine that reflects the diversity of the old vineyard. Characterised by its complex aromas and superb volume, it balances freshness and an authentic expression of its varietal character.
The Field Blend collection comprises three wines — a red, a white, and a claret— that embody the style of the original Tierra del Vino de Zamora wines, which dates back to the planting of vineyards that are now up to 120 years old.

Ageing: 6 months in used French oak barrels.
Process: Our intention is to reflect all the character of this terroir and its old vines. To achieve this, we hand-harvest all the vineyard’s varieties together and co-ferment them parcel by parcel in small vats. The barrel ageing process is designed to refine the wine while preserving the unique character of our terroir.
